Office 365 add additional alias email addresses

Having multiple email addresses and the corresponding separate logins can be a pain logically, having to login and logout all the time to seem emails for different accounts. Office 365 Outlook has the perfect solution to this, you can add email aliases to your Office 365 account meaning you can receive emails for multiple addresses into the same inbox.

  • Sign in to your Microsoft account
  • Go to Your info.
  • Navigate to Account info > Edit account info.
  • Select Add email address.
  • Enter into the box the email alias to be added to your account
  • Select Add alias

You will now see on the summary page confirmation of the email alias you have added. You can now use this email address to send and receive email from you Office 365 Outlook. It will take up to 24 hours for the email address you have added to become active.
